MICHAEL VOTTO

Mike is currently Vice President and Special Counsel of K of C Asset Advisors having previous been General Counsel of the Knights of Columbus focusing on investment and other commercial transactions as well as corporate structuring. Prior to joining the Knights of Columbus in 2009, Mike practiced in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate law at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York City. Mike is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and an Authorized House Counsel in the State of Connecticut. He earned a BA from Union College and JD from the Syracuse University College of Law.
